    Please note: Should you wish to secure a Friday–Sunday wedding date for The Intimate Bride Experience, minimum weekend service investment will apply to reserve your booking.

    Minimum Investment: From $950 + GST

    (Friday–Sunday bookings require a minimum of 4 services or min. spend of $1150 + GST.)

  • To ensure a beautifully relaxed experience and the highest standard of service, the following booking details apply to all weddings.

    Minimum Booking Requirements

    • Friday–Sunday Weddings
      A minimum of 4 services is required to reserve your date.

    • Monday–Thursday Weddings
      A minimum of 3 services is required.
      (The Intimate Bride Package meets the same minimum investment)

    Larger Bridal Parties

    For bookings exceeding 7 individual services, an assistant artist will be required to maintain a relaxed timeline and seamless experience. Assistant fees will be included within your bespoke quote.

    Travel & Location

    Complimentary travel is included within 10km of Newport, VIC 3015.

    For locations beyond this radius, bespoke travel fees commence from $50.

    Any required venue or hotel parking fees for artist(s) will be added to the final invoice.

    Early start fees will apply to all bookings that start before 7am.

    Securing Your Wedding Date

    All pricing is subject to 10% GST.

    A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to officially reserve your date.
